Red Chillies are in season very briefly every winter, and when they are, we go full swing in pickling them to create this very highly demanded pickle! Stuffed with a home ground spice blend, using hand picked red peppers/ chillies and cold pressed mustard oil, this is another incredibly decadent offering we have. Heat levels for this would be on the higher end of moderate.
Made at home, in small batches, with great love and passion, which we would love to share with everyone! How about we share a piece with you now?
We have to dip these chillies in oil for good quality pickling and shelf life. Once the chillies are soft, you can totally remove the oil, but keeping it refrigerated will be essential after that since we don't add chemical preservatives!
Ingredients: Fresh Seasonal Red chillies, Cold pressed mustard oil, Turmeric, Salt, Black mustard, Methi seeds (fenugreek), Saunf (Fennel seeds), Jeera (cumin), Lemon juice

Please expect the shipment to reach you between 2 days to 2 weeks of placing the order depending on the delivery location. If you haven't received it by then or there's a problem with your order, please reach out to us at achaarburst@gmail.com and we will fix it! We want to preserve the quality of these food items for everyone, so we don't take returns of the food, but you will not have to bear the loss if there is damage to the product during shipping.
We are a small team, so please excuse our sometimes slow responses.
Shipping is free for orders beyond Rs. 800. For orders less than that, we charge a flat fee of Rs. 50, and we bear the rest of the shipping cost.
